The bachelor’s degree in Africana Studies is an interdisciplinary major focusing on the experiences of Africa-descended populations worldwide, especially in Africa, North America, the Caribbean, South America, and Europe.

Its comprehensive curriculum emphasizes culture, history, social policy and the law, health entrepreneurship, and digital media. The curriculum prepares students for career in the private and public sectors, and offers critical thinking with well-rounded education for lifelong personal growth.
